Metaverse is not a threat that changes the perception of reality in my opinion. But what is the metaverse? Metaverse, or virtual universe in actual terms, is an iteration of the Internet that supports persistent online 3D virtual environments via virtual and augmented reality devices alongside traditional personal computers. In short, it is life, but in its digital form. Why should an environment that improves our lives and earn money at the same time be a threat to our lives? I honestly think its a good thing that we have the metaverse. Even Facebook’s owner, Mark Zuckerberg thinks its a good thing so he changed Facebook’s name to “Meta”. And if you have something like an VR headset you can actually be in the metaverse yourself which i honestly think is cool as heck. So what I am trying to say here is

-“The metaverse is the next evolution of social connection.”
