Making career choices always been hard for young people and nowadays youngsters are so regretful for their choices. There is a debate about choosing passion or your future. This is like choosing between your brain and heart, but which overweighs the other?
Choosing your future career is what your family wants or just you want for more money and career. But working at a job you will see like it’s only your money source will harm your mental and passion. You will be there for the money not because you wanted and this will cause performing lower than your potential. So, you might be in a better job but not at a greater success. When you care deeply about your work, you tend to perform better. Passion leads to creativity, faith, and improvement which are qualities that often result in success over time.
However, there are some times you need to forget your passion. Situation might limit you with your passion when you think for living at a better life with more money. You need money to change your life if your family doesn’t change it. Also, sometimes the money you earned will bring the mental and love again. You might not have passion at job but still there is 8 hours to live your life which will be better with money.
İn conclusion, balancing passion and money is the best way but if you can’t I think young people just fallow their passion and enjoy the life at the place they are happy.
