I remember it like yesterday…

So we all make bad decisions sometimes, right? If you’re not a robot, you probably have at least one. Let’s imagine there is a genie who allows you to go back in time to change one decision — or even multiple decisions from the same day.

First, I want you to ask yourself: where do you actually want to go? Don’t just say you would go back to the time you made a mistake. Choose a moment that would positively affect your future. In most cases, that will be the better choice. Maybe choose a day when you made more than one major mistake.

I have a day in mind, but I can’t really say it out loud because it’s personal. However, as someone named Brian once said:

“Worrying is worthless. When you stop focusing on what has already happened and what may never happen, you begin to live in the present moment. That’s when you start to experience joy in life.”
