I think forgetting things is more humane. Imagine if you knew and remembered everything—you wouldn’t be able to live comfortably. For example, when you recall a shameful or embarrassing moment, it can cause stress and anxiety. Constantly remembering such experiences can undermine self-confidence and make you question yourself.
However, remembering certain moments can also have positive effects. For instance, recalling past experiences can help you become more disciplined and confident. It can also improve your communication with others by learning from previous interactions.
Despite these benefits, I personally believe that forgetting things is more humane, as it allows us to live more peacefully and focus on the present without being burdened by every past mistake or memory.
