Kojo and His Life

Hi, my name is Kojo. I live in Africa. This is my daily life. I wake up at five in the morning and eat only a piece of bread. I go to school without washing my hands and face, because there is no water. Then I run to school.

I walk down many stairs, so I get tired before I even arrive. At school, we usually read old and torn books. After school, we walk home. Our homes are very far, and when we get there I feel very hungry, but we only have dry bread.

Later, I go outside with my friends. We play a lot and try to have fun. At night, we go to sleep without drinking anything, because we don’t have water.

This is my life. What about yours? I think my life is difficult. Goodbye. I love you!
