The graph shows the changes in the population of China and India. The population of China was 1.25 billion at the beginning of the 2000s, but the population of India was 1 billion in the 2000s.
After 10 years, China’s population increased by 50 million, but the Indian population increased by 200 million in just 10 years. This means that India grew better than China. And these graphs move slimly when the year comes to 2030; their population becomes the same: 1.4 billion people.
However, when their population is the same in 2030, China’s population is expected to decrease. In 10 years, China’s population is expected to decrease by 2050, and lastly, China’s population will become 1.4 billion. In this time (from 2030 to 2040), the Indian population is expected to increase by 100 million. And the Indian population will increase constantly till 2050.
So the Indian population will be over the Chinese population.
