Shabby Book

While I was sitting in my room, I remembered why I hadn’t been to a museum before and I immediately called my friend Chloe and told her that I wanted to go to a museum with her tomorrow. She said she would be very happy to join me, but there was only one problem, neither of us knew which museum we would go to, and we started researching. 2 hours later, Chloe told me that she had found a museum of ancient cups and that we could go there, and we agreed to meet tomorrow at around 2pm.

After meeting Choe, we walked wherever the location took us. 2 minutes before the museum, the internet went out and our phones stopped receiving reception. We were a little nervous because there was no one else around but us, but we thought it would be okay and started looking around and after 10 minutes, we found the museum, but the museum was closed and there was a shabby book in front of the door.

We were tired after walking all that way and we sat on the bench next to us and since Chloe was very interested in books, she took the book to examine it and opened a random page and started reading it out loud. “One day, instead of blue, the sky started raining green, and everything changed.” After reading this, Chloe immediately put down the book and told me that we needed to get away from here quickly and she looked very worried. Before I could even ask her why, she immediately pulled me and started running, and from that moment on, we started hearing strange noises and it was getting dark, so we immediately turned on the flashlights of our phones and tried to find a place.

At that moment, an aunt called us and said, “Girls, what are you doing at this hour?” When we explained the situation, the aunt invited us to her house and offered us tea. We were very cold and we did not refuse because we were afraid of the dark. After we explained the incident, the aunt said that the owner of the museum there had passed away 5 years ago and that no one could put that book there. The more the aunt told us, we got more nervous.
