From Marmaris to Alanya: A Coastal Adventure

Hello everyone, today I’m going to tell you about a trip I took. One of my unforgettable trips was to Sweden, but that one was a bit boring, so instead, I’ll talk about the trip we took to Marmaris, Dalyan, Fethiye, Kaş, and Alanya.

We started our journey from Ankara and went to Marmaris first. We stayed about two days in each place, and the whole trip lasted around 14 days. On the first day, we explored all day long. On the second day, we went on a boat tour. The boat had a diving platform that was quite high—but I jumped anyway! The sea was deep blue and shining.

The hotel we stayed at in Marmaris wasn’t very nice, but since we were only staying for two days, there was no need for something expensive or luxurious. Then we went to Dalyan. It wasn’t in our original plan, but we decided to visit it anyway and took a day from our time in Fethiye.

Fethiye was beautiful, and the hotel there was better. It had a pool, and I think the room was pretty big. (The hotel in Marmaris wasn’t great because it was a practice hotel.) We also went on boat tours in both Fethiye and Dalyan. At a place called Dalyan Bay, we jumped into the sea using a rope swing. We even caught crabs and ate them!

Fethiye’s sea was the best in my opinion—it was crystal clear and completely free of trash. Of course, we jumped off the boat again there too.

The hotel in Kaş was really, really nice. It had a pool as well. The food was just okay, nothing special. We also tried tray ice cream in Kaş. It was my first time tasting it, so it felt a bit strange, and to be honest, I didn’t like it that much.

After Kaş, we went to Alanya, but we just stayed in the hotel there to rest. Then, we returned to Ankara.
