As you all know recently, we are in the Technology-era. Technology makes everything easier we all love this side of it am I right. Yeah, it makes things a lot easier but that’s not the only point of technology. It has some negative aspects as well as the positive ones. Nowadays technology addiction is increasing rapidly and it has become a serious issue if we don’t tend to stop this massive issue it will cause some irreversible consequences. In this article I will share my solution suggestions with you.
What could we do to solve this problem individually. Actually, there are plenty of solutions but I will only include the most important ones. Firstly, we can apply the 30-minute rule, it’s a rule that only let you use the technology for only 30 minutes per day an if you ask my opinion about it, I find it extremely beneficial. Digital detox, applying this method requires willpower, as you can understand from the name it’s a kind of detox so you’re not using any technology for a week I know it seems impossible but trust me it isn’t that hard. Lastly, you may create some no-tech zones in your house that would also be really helpful.
Now let’s talk about some solutions globally. Firstly, we can develop some apps for tech addiction, in the app there will be a digital therapist that helps us to defeat our addiction and I think this is a great idea, this must be done in the near future. We may have some no tech days globally in these days there will be zero technology in the entire world but in my opinion this idea is not that good or not that bad. Lastly, we may teach the addicts how to use the technology wisely.
To sum up, the level of the tech-addiction is at the top right now and I’ve suggested some helpful; global and individual solutions for ending it. In my opinion, if we really have a strong willpower defeating this addiction must be a piece of cake for us. For having a better world, the only way is destroying “tech-addiction”.
