As with most things, it is very important to be educated from young age about the psychological and physical harm that will affect the future,harm of digital devices,.Teaching the benefits and harms of digital devices at a young age, doing activities that will reduce internet usage and giving homeworks that will reduce internet usage outside of school are easy measures that will make a difference to the world.
