One morning, I woke up and I realized I could hear everyone’s inner voice. Oops. I think I started telling the story from the wrong part. Let’s go to the beginning. My name is Gecmt. I am 21 years old. I had been working at a top-secret lab for 2 years. One day, when I woke up I thought it would just be a regular day. But I was wrong… That day, my evil scientist co-workers ran out of test subjects. So, they decided to use US as test subjects. At first, it was a friend, Boruhan, who went missing. They told us that he had retired but he was only 19 years old. All of them went missing one by one… Until it was me. They told me that the boss was looking for me and took me to an enormous room full of ape-like creatures that were being kept in huge tubes. Some of their face looked similar to my friends’.
They put me in a similar tube. “Am I supposed to be here?” I asked. “You have to be.” said one of the evil scientists. “You are the last piece of our masterpiece.” They injected me with a vaccine, and the last thing I remember is seeing a really big tube with the first staff that went missing in it. Looking like a gorilla… One morning, I woke up and realized I could hear everyone’s inner voice. I think this is a result of the experiment they did on me. I was able to read the mind of a fly in the room; it was looking for a mate! For how long was I sleeping? Every single tube was broken and so was mine. Except, everyone was missing and I was the only person in the room. Speaking about the room, it was just like a small box now. It was a miracle I was able to fit in it.
I got up and as I did, the room collapsed. I looked around. I could see the outside. Everything was so tiny! Except one thing… The thing I suppose was Boruhan. He was a gigantic gorilla (around 200 meters) that was wearing a crown, and he had my other co-workers as slaves or something. Which were also 10-meter-long apes now. They were destroying the city! Then I realized, I was also big! Plus, I was muscular! I wasn’t 200 meters tall, but I was at least 150 meters tall. I shouted: “Boruhan! Why are we so big?”. But in return, he started running at me shouting: “My name is NOT Boruhan anymore, it is Gorilla King!” Then he punched me in the face. At least from now on, I could be sure that he had the brain of a 9-year-old. He sent his ape slaves to me. They attacked me, and they were small so I had no problem defending myself. But after a while, I was tired and couldn’t defend anymore. They were big in numbers.
Hold up. Didn’t I have the ability to hear everyone’s inner voice? That’s basically reading minds. I focused and started to read every single ape’s mind. They were acting like… Apes. Just trying to hit me, swinging their arms. After some time, I memorized their attack patterns and could dodge them easily. I was flowing through the apes, it was amazing! When I reached “The Gorilla King”, he was sleeping. So, it wasn’t hard for me to knock him out. After I knocked him out, every single ape-creature started shrinking and turning into my friends! But there was a small problem. I was still a giant and really muscular human. People celebrated me, gave me a giant cake for saving the city, and stuff.
Some non-evil scientists examined me and told me that they couldn’t transform me back, but fortunately found a portal door that goes to a giant planet. Now I am living on this planet, reading the minds of weird creatures and eating fish for every single course.
