A Special Day with Young Atatürk

One morning, I woke up in a small town. Everything looked old. I saw a boy near my bed. He said, “Hello, my name is Mustafa.” I was surprised—he was young Atatürk.

Mustafa was friendly and smart. We went outside to play. The sun was shining. We ran in the fields and played with a ball. Then we sat under a tree. We talked about school and books. Mustafa loved to read. He said, “Learning is very important.”

Later, his mother called us for lunch. We ate bread, soup, cheese, and olives. It was simple but very tasty. After lunch, we went to the river. We threw stones and laughed.

Mustafa talked about the future. He said, “One day, I want to help my country. I want to make it better.” I smiled and said, “You will.”

In the evening, we walked home. The stars were in the sky. I felt happy and lucky. I had a great day with a great boy.

That day with Mustafa was special. I will always remember it. He was kind, smart, and full of dreams.
