Our technology is much more advanced now. In the past, people had to travel to share information around the world, but now we can send it to the other side of the world with just one click. However, there are both positive and negative sides to this kind of situation.
The positive side is the faster way we can communicate. The negative sides include less face-to-face communication and the fact that we cannot trust everyone we meet on social media. There are malicious people, like hackers and scammers, who may want people’s money or personal information. Some individuals are so dangerous that they can negatively affect the economy.
If things continue this way, the next generation might be in danger because hacking could advance so far that it could be used to control military forces. Also, people in the past worked much harder physically compared to how much we work today, which may mean future generations will be smarter in different ways.
Despite these challenges, I am sure that there will still be face-to-face communication in the future. Even if it becomes less common, I still believe in its importance.
