A Day in Africa

Düzeltilmiş metin (grammar + doğal akış):

Africa is often associated with negative things such as civil wars, poverty, and famine. Today, you will see what a day in the life of a child in Africa looks like.

First of all, children wake up as usual — but with a twist. They don’t get to have a proper breakfast like many other children around the world. They either have nothing to eat or only a very small amount. Diseases such as malaria are also quite common. Foundations from around the world come to various countries to help children fight these illnesses.

Secondly, these children and their families have to deal with civil wars happening in their countries while also struggling with malaria and famine. The only help they can receive often comes from the UN or charitable organizations. This situation is not unique to Africa; parts of the Middle East and South America also experience civil wars, diseases, and famine. These regions also have a limited number of doctors to help civilians fight illnesses.

Lastly, many African countries have very limited water resources and farmland because the sun is extremely strong and rainfall is scarce.
