Today, I want to discuss how I protect nature both at home and at school. I once wanted to create a battery recycling box, and although I haven’t done it yet, I still do my best to protect the environment.
At school, I make a habit of picking up trash from the floor. We also categorize our waste into different bins. While I rarely drop litter myself, if I do, I make sure to pick it up immediately. Perhaps we can all come together as a community or join a team to protect nature more effectively.
Protecting nature is vital. For example, if we cut down young trees, we contribute to air pollution because trees provide the oxygen we breathe. Furthermore, as mammals, humans are a key part of the food chain.
Unfortunately, because we pollute our seas and oceans, many animals are dying. This directly impacts our food source. It is estimated that we can only access about 70% of the variety of food we had in the past. This means that due to pollution, our options are shrinking. In the near future, we may face food shortages. By polluting, we disrupt the balance of nature and break the food chain.
Please, be kind and protect our beautiful nature.
