At night, I was sleeping when suddenly a strange light appeared. I woke up and looked out of the window. A very strong light was coming from far away. I couldn’t sleep, so I picked up my phone and opened the map. While I was looking at the map, I saw a very strange sign showing where the light was coming from. There could be something dangerous there, but I felt I had to go.
When I arrived, I saw a strange building. It looked dangerous, but I had no other choice. I knocked on the door, and after a few seconds, a strange family opened it. They said nothing at first, but after one minute, the man started to speak. He had a strange voice and asked, “What are you doing here?” I said that I wanted to look inside the house. He said okay.
I started to explore the house and went toward the kitchen, but the strange woman stopped me and said, “No, you can’t enter this room.” I asked why, and she said it was a secret. I went into another room, where I saw many strange things. One of them was a thief mask. I thought they might be thieves, so I wanted to run away.
As I tried to leave, the man shouted, “You can’t go!” and locked the door. I escaped through the window. When I arrived home, the light had turned red, and a message appeared on my phone. It said, “You are in big trouble.”
The next morning, I had breakfast and went to school. After school, I went home, did my homework, ate dinner, and played with my friends. I tried to enjoy my day, but the mystery of the light would not leave my mind.
The next morning, I woke up and realized it was Halloween. That night, my friend Rowley and I went out to collect candy. My father, Frank, always throws water on people during Halloween.
The following morning, I went to the police to report that there might be thieves on Narwit Street.
