The topic of teenagers’ problems has always been talked about. But what is the basic reason for these problems? What do teenagers’ problems include?
First of all, some common problems teenagers face are technology addiction, mental health problems, and similar issues. The people around teenagers usually affect them a lot. For example, if their friends are struggling or if there is stress in the family, this can affect their mental health.
I chose technology addiction as my main topic. It is a very big problem for teenagers, maybe the biggest one. Teenagers especially cannot drop their phones from their hands.
I can prove this with an example. My older cousin is 17 years old and his name is Emin. As you can guess, he has technology addiction. Of course, technology is a part of our lives, but I think we should reduce how much we use it. When teenagers use technology less, their real-life experiences increase.
So, how can teenagers stop technology addiction? The best answer is by changing habits. My cousin started playing more basketball, and he reduced the time he spent on his phone. He even started playing basketball with me more often.
Another example is Sam, who is going to 9th grade. He also had technology addiction, but he started a hobby and spent more time with his family. This helped him use his phone less.
For one more example, Emily is going to 10th grade. She is interested in jewelry like many teenage girls, but she also has technology addiction. When she spent more time on making jewelry, she reduced the time she spent on her phone.
Wasting time is one of the main reasons for technology addiction. I hope this blog helped you understand the topic better.
