A CITY WITH LAYERS

The year is 2072. Humanity is having difficulties (some of them).We are on the brink of famine. About 40 years ago,world leaders gathered together and made a decision.
 A mega city where all humanity can fit.Even if a good idea first came to their mind, it was not as good as it sounds. It wouldn't be easy.They discovered a system in
 which approximately 10 billion people are ranked according to the country they come from, and they applied this to us. At first, they were ready to build magnificent 
castles, skyscrapers and take any steps that could demonstrate the new technology, but it did not happen as expected.The city was divided into layers. In the main layer,
 there were the magnificent skyscrapers, castles, prosperous houses, luxury buildings and the latest technological everything.But starting from the second layer,
 things started to get worse. The second layer was filled with citizens from developing countries where middle-income families lived. It literally reminded me of my 
previous life.But in the last third layer, they mostly took citizens from poor countries, who were exposed to racism or who were sick. However, when they started this
 project, they were talking about justice! Most houses in this layer were half-demolished or rotten. In addition, it was negligible in institutions that served the public,
 such as hospitals and police departments. The crime rate was high, the people were nervous and hungry.
Living in this city was difficult. But one has to get used to it. Wish us luck.
