Many people did digital detox and says it helped them.
Schools have a big job too. They should teach children what digital addiction is when they are young. Because now there is technology everywhere, and it is very important that children don’t become addicted. So, schools are very important in this topic. Also, TV, radio, and social media can show programs to tell people about this problem. Hospitals must also think about digital addiction as a real health problem and make treatments for it.
In conclusion, digital addiction is a big problem today. To fight with this problem, both people and the society must work together. If people use technology in a smart way and learn more about digital addiction, this problem can get smaller. If not, people will feel lonely and have more mental problems.
