Effects of Sports

Nowadays many teenagers face with many issues in their daily life. Some of them prefer to do sports to clear their mind or get rid of negative things. Doing sport may be a good way to clean your mind. Taking part in sports has many pros for physical and mental health.

Firstly, being interested in any sports would make you better your coordination and condition level will achieve higher level because almost running or moving quickly is taking part in all sports so this activity will absolutely increase your condition level so you will get tired more later.
The meaning of coordination is moving organized with your some organs for example hand-eye coordination, you should analyse the statement with your eyes and you should give reaction with your hands. For example, in tennis sport your hand-eye coordination level will increase because you are analysing the acceleration and direction of the ball and you are giving reaction with racket so with your hand. Taking part in any sports would also develop your motor skills for example: running, walking, jumping, climbing, catching and throwing, balance, standing on one foot, riding a bicycle etc. With doing sports your body would also stay fit, absolutely it doesn’t mean that you will have great, big muscles the meaning of being fit is the ability of a person to do daily activities with maximum performance, endurance, flexibility, agility and strange.

Additionally, doing sports has also pros psychologically, for example if you stay fit, you will be more confident. While you are doing sport your mind will care about only the sport that you are doing so your dirty mind can be clean by doing sports. If you are interested in sports, you will be more energetic person because of the adrenaline or other things. Adrenaline keeps a person warned and energetic.

In conclusion being interested in sports has many advantages some of them physically some of them psychologically but doing sports keeps you energetic and happier, if you do any sport, you will become appropriate for some physical daily activities and you will become more confident person. Teenagers should be awarded for the pros of doing sports and they should start any sport which is more suitable for them.
