Hi guys! Today I want to talk about something that makes me really upset.
Medicines that are tested on animals can be very harmful. Sometimes the tests even cause animals to die. I don’t think there is any excuse for animal testing, even if people say it helps humans. As a kid who loves animals, I cannot understand why scientists cannot find safer and kinder ways to test medicines.
Some people even do animal testing illegally just to make money. Imagine you are a mouse. Many tests are done on mice, and the medicines can cause serious diseases in their small bodies. Every year, many animals get sick or injured because of these tests. And it’s not only mice. Many kinds of animals suffer.
In my imagination, half of the world is animals, and right now that half is crying, “Stop animal testing!” I want everyone to shout with them.
One day, I promise to support studies that are kind and safe for animals.
