Last weekend, my friends and I went to a museum which exhibits the foundation of Republic of Türkiye. We had been discussing about the topic so we were very excited when we heard there was a museum for it. It was a really interesting and beneficial experience.
One of the best things about the museum is that it’s right at the town centre, so going there should be easy for everyone. You don’t have to travel far and it saves a lot of time. There were many objects from the early years of Türkiye like clothes, tools and letters inside the museum. Seeing these in real life made it easier to understand the past for us.
However, there were a few aspects that could be improved. The first thing is the entry fee. It was too expensive for students and students who want to learn about our history may not be benefitted. Also, the museum could be better with more variety of exhibits.
In conclusion, I think the museum was great despite the few downsides. It’s definitely worth visiting for people who are interested in our countries past.
