How Can We Stop Digital Addiction?

In today’s world, technology is everywhere. We use phones, tablets, and computers every day. While technology is helpful, using it too much can be a problem. This is called digital addiction.

Digital addiction can hurt people in many ways. Some students spend too much time on games or social media and stop studying. Some people don’t talk with their families or friends because they are always on their phones. This can make people feel lonely or even depressed.

So, what can we do to stop this? First, we should limit screen time. For example, we can use phones for only two hours a day. Second, families should spend more time together without screens. Playing games, walking outside, or having dinner together helps a lot. Also, schools can teach students about the dangers of using too much technology.

In conclusion, digital addiction is a big problem, but we can fix it by using technology in a healthy way. We should enjoy the real world more and use our screens less!
