Exam stress is a scientifically proved fact that challenges students and effect their mental and physical health. People often argue about the topic and some of them accepts that stress management in exams can never be achieved or that a stress-free exam experience is not a good aspect to have, others believes that the stress can be managed by correct study programs and with some techniques. I believe that students can effectively deal with stress.

In addition, physical health should not be neglected because sleeping routine effects the body and the person reactions and emotions thus making a proper and enough sleeping routine helps a lot both emotional and physical and plays essential role on person mental health.
On the other hand, even when intensively prepared, students may still find themselves experiencing moments of stress during the examination period. In these cases, it is important to use some basic strategies that could work well in their favor. For example, they could use breathing strategies to relax it helps to approach every question with free and calm mind. Furthermore, time management also works as a success factor that saves them from making unnecessary mistakes.
In a nutshell, although experiencing exam stress is a very common experience for students, this experience does not have to be stressful. In fact, with proper preparation and simple techniques during the exam to control this stress, avoid experiencing this anxiety in their examinations.
