Overall, we must balance and embrace social media in our lives wherein we can employ it to be inspired and if we just prefer the screen time optimum and let it consume us, then we may achieve the good half of the benefits of social media and be overwhelmed by weaknesses otherwise it will damage a lot to mental health.
