Dear Headteacher,
I am pleased to present three out-of-school activity options for students. These are Sports Club, Art Workshop, and Outdoor Adventure Program. These activities were selected based on feedback from interviews with students, parents, and teachers, focusing on their preferences and the benefits of each option.
First option is sport club .The Sports Club offers opportunities for students to participate in activities such as football, basketball, or swimming. Benefits include improved physical fitness, teamwork skills, and discipline. Parents emphasized the importance of physical health and saw sports as a vital way to balance academic life. Teachers noted that active students often provides better concentration in class.
Second option is Art Workshop.Workshop allows students to explore painting, drawing, and other creative outlets. Art promotes self-expression, emotional well-being, and improved motor skills. Many students expressed excitement about developing artistic talents, while parents viewed it as a stress-relief activity.
Last alternative is outdoor adventure programms .Activities like hiking, camping, and rock climbing are central to this program. It encourages students to connect with nature, develop resilience, and build teamwork. Feedback showed enthusiasm from students seeking adventure and challenge, while parents appreciated the focus on physical activity and environmental awareness.
In my opinion the Art Workshop as the best choice. It appeals to a diverse group of students, boost emotional well-being, and encourages creativity. This activity provides an inclusive and low-pressure environment, making it accessible to all skill levels. Feedback from interviews highlighted strong interest in art as a balanced and enjoyable option.
Yours sincerely,
Nur
