When I got off the bus, the weather was darker than I had expected. As I stood under a street lamp and looked around, an inexplicable sense of unease appeared within me. For a moment, I couldn’t understand why I felt this way, but then I realized it was probably because I had moved to a new city.
I stood under the street lamp for a while and then tried to find the guesthouse where I was going to stay until I found a permanent home. After half an hour, I finally reached the guesthouse. I was very tired, so I went straight to bed.
I woke up very early the next morning, had a quick breakfast, left the guesthouse, and started exploring the new city. The first thing that struck me was how friendly the people were. The architecture was also stunning. Later, when I sat down at a restaurant for dinner, the attentiveness of the waiters caught my attention.
After dinner, I went to a real estate agent and found a house very close to my new office. The price was quite affordable, and the agent said I could move in at the end of the month. I decided to buy the house. After that, I returned to the guesthouse and went to sleep.
