If I had to spend a month without using any technology, I would start to reorganise my daily life for one month. I usually use the internet almost every day, so much time. For example, I do research about some information, I watch films, I play games, I pass time on social media, I can learn about news, and I chat and call with people on the technology.
So if I spend one month without using technology, I should leave these things. Maybe I could have a hard time a little bit, but using not technology comes good and can be positive for my life. Now let’s talk about what I could do and which activities I could do. For example, if we do not use technology, we could have more empty time, so we can organise our daily lives, maybe much healthier. For example, I love having time in nature. We can do nature walks.It will effect our mental health and our body in a really good way. I love playing volleyball, so I can play volleyball much more time.I acquire new hobbies, maybe. For example, I love painting. I can improve myself in this way.I could put in the order my sleeping time.I could go outside and meet my friends more. I could have time with my family. I think these things could really be good for our lives.
My opinions are like this. Maybe one day I can try to not use technology.
