In daily life, we make many decisions. Some of them depend on our own wishes, while others are influenced by rules, family, school, and our environment. One important decision I make is choosing to study after school instead of playing video games immediately. Most of the time, I really want to play games because they are fun and help me relax. However, I do not decide only by thinking about what I want.
First of all, my family has an important effect on this decision. My parents have rules about homework and studying. They want me to finish my responsibilities before having fun. School rules and my teachers also influence me. I have homework, exams, and projects, and if I do not study regularly, my grades can get worse. This makes me worried about my future, but I am trying to stay positive.
My environment also affects me. Some of my friends study first and then play games, so I try to follow their example. I want to be successful like them. In the end, I decide to study first, even if it is not always what I want. This decision helps me become more responsible and teaches me how to balance fun and duty in my daily life.
