PEOPLE’S COMMUNICATION SOURCE; ART

Art is a way for people to express their emotions, thoughts, and imagination. Art forms such as painting, music, theater, and literature allow individuals to express themselves in their most natural and sincere way. Therefore, the ability of people to freely express their ideas through art is crucial for both personal growth and social progress.

I absolutely agree with this view because freedom lies at the very core of art. An artist can only be truly creative when they are able to express their thoughts without censorship or oppression. Otherwise, art loses its purpose and becomes nothing more than imitation. This diminishes the soul of the artwork and weakens its power to influence society.

Throughout history, many works of art have drawn attention to social problems and paved the way for change. For instance, a play can bring a society’s deepest issues to the stage; a song can express the shared emotions of the people and inspire collective action.

In societies where art is silenced, freedom of thought gradually disappears. Art is the courage to make the invisible visible and the unspoken heard. Therefore, the free expression of ideas through art is essential for the healthy development of both individuals and society. Free art is the mirror of free thought — and the strongest indicator of a society’s vitality.
