At school and at home, I try to protect nature by making small but important changes in my daily life. First, I save energy. At home, I turn off the lights when I leave a room and unplug chargers when they are not in use. I also try to use less water by taking shorter showers and turning off the tap while brushing my teeth. These actions help reduce waste and protect nature.
At school, I put the correct items in the correct recycling bins. For example, instead of throwing away used paper, I erase what is written on it and use it again for notes. I also try to reduce paper waste by using as little paper as possible. Another important thing I do is not throwing trash on the ground. When I see trash in the school garden, I pick it up and throw it in the bin. I also tell my friends and family to be more careful about the environment and encourage them to recycle.
