Reducing Digital Addiction

Nowadays ,the digital addiction is increasing rapidly with the new technologies and this is causing big issues at the world. How can we solve the invidual and societal issues that this addiction make? How will this effect the world at the long term.

With the new world everybody has their own computers and phones.Young baby and childs also have them.So every newborn child grows with them and gets addicted to them so easily. This addiction is increasing really fast among every age so this is a really big problem for the world.Some of thge invidiual issues that this addiction cause is anxiety and depression,reduced attension,sleep problems and increased stress.These issues has a big effect at the persons work life and family life and these are only some of the mental effects.Digital addiction also effects the society so much.People who are addicted are just choose to spend time online to spending time at the streets and nature. So they isolate from the real life and they relation ships got effected badly.

So the ways for solving this addiction is really basic.You can just put a screen time limit so you can organise and reduce the time you spend at the phone.Make plans with you friend or family instead of spending time online.Also be okay with missing some news or messages online dont be afraid of being offline.You can also the some sport or hobbys instead of games and social media.

In conclusion, digital addiction have really bad effects both invidual and social.If we dont provent this addiction in the long terms we can get really big issues.There is so many ways for defeating this addiction so there is no purpose to not trying.
