Many people think that teachers should be celebrated more often, not only on Teachers’ Day. I agree with this idea because teachers do a lot for us every day, and we sometimes forget to thank them.
First of all, teachers work very hard. They prepare lessons, check our homework, and try to make sure we understand everything. They also help us when we have problems or when we feel stressed about school. For this reason, I think they deserve more appreciation. One of my friends said, “Teachers work so hard and deserve more appreciation,” and I believe this is true.
Secondly, teachers do not only teach subjects like maths or science. They also teach us how to be kind, patient and responsible. They support us when we feel confused and encourage us when we want to give up. Another friend said, “Every day should be Teachers’ Day,” and I understand why. A single day is not enough to thank them for everything they do.
Of course, we cannot have a big celebration every day. However, we can show small signs of respect more often. For example, we can listen carefully in class, do our homework on time, and say “thank you” more regularly. These simple actions can make teachers feel valued.
In conclusion, I think teachers should be celebrated more often because they play a very important role in our lives. They guide us, support us, and help us grow. For all these reasons, they deserve our appreciation every day, not just once a year.
