One day, the blue sky was no more and started raining green instead. Everything changed in this night. It seemed like just some strange cloud at first or an illusion. But then when the first drop hit the ground the roads become like jelly. The trees became bright with their leaves sparkling. They fled for their lives with hands on heads, not knowing what this supernatural rain might do.
A little girl Anna, stood outside her home and gaze at upwards. She raised her hand and let the green drops fall onto it. It was warm, like summer rain… But with a gentle light. She smiled. “It’s looks like beautiful!” she whispered.But after a while, everything become weird. Flowers blossoming in incredible speeds. Grass covered cars like one or two minutes after. The city was scented,smelling like a huge forest. The people were stunned and frightened. Scientists attempted to harvest the rain, but every drop vanish away as soon as it hit metal.And then something magical happened. Anyone who held the rain felt lighter and happier. Old people felt young again. Sick people rose get full of energy. Anna’s grandfather, who lay in bed for months, standed up and laughed. “I feel twenty again!”.
It rained green for one whole day is changed everything. And then it just vanished up. The sky turned blue once more. The world was the same, but humankind was different. People was kinder and happier.Anna looked at her grandfather and smiled. “Maybe the world did need that rain.” she said.
And ever since humankind remembered the green rain not in terror but in wonder. Others even believed it was a blessing an awakening to take care of the world and humankind.
