The graph below gives information about the population increase of country two populous countries China and India between 2000-2050.
This graphs also predicted the population growth of these countries from the year 2000 to 2050. As the graph shows the population of India was 1 billion in the year 2000 while the population of China was between 1.2 and 1.3 billion people. We can also see a rapid increase through the years 2000 to 2030 in both countries but, in the year 2030 the predicted populations of both countries is the same, around 1.5 billion people. After that India’s population kept increasing while the population of China started to decrease creating a wider gap between the by the year 2050.
In conclusion, the population of both countries keep increasing but India saw the bigger and the most regular increase. China’s population , on the other hand, started to decline after the interception point in 2030.
