The Light Through the Window

Everything began the moment that strange light filled the room through the window. When I woke up that morning, everything in my room looked normal, yet there was an unusual silence in the air. The curtains were slightly open, and the light coming from outside did not resemble the sunlight I was used to. It was brighter, but at the same time colder. As I stood up and walked toward the window, I noticed that the street was completely empty. There were no people, not even the sound of birds.

The light was so intense that even the shadows in the corners of the room had disappeared. At that moment, my heart started beating faster. I thought I heard a whisper coming from the light. It was calling my name. Although I was scared, I did not step back, because a strange sense of curiosity had taken over me.

When I reached out my hand toward the light, the walls of the room began to tremble, and for a brief moment, I felt as if I were somewhere else. Memories from my childhood, my dreams, and my fears passed before my eyes like scenes from a movie. Then, suddenly, everything stopped.

When I opened my eyes, the light was gone. The street was alive again, birds were singing, and life had returned to normal. But I was no longer the same person. That light had taught me to follow my dreams.
