As some of you might have heard, there was a new course was opened in our school for singing, acting, and dancing. I happen to have attended this course, which is open during our holidays, and I am going to share my thoughts about it.
First things first: this is actually a great extracurricular activity, contrary to popular belief! It shows that you care for the arts and have artistic capability. Moreover, everything we learn can actually help us in our daily lives, like breathing exercises, our posture, and how to properly raise our voice.
Unfortunately, I must state that this takes a lot of your time. We have to attend every Saturday and Sunday for 3 hours. After that, we have to try not to sweat on our homework so as to not make it wet. It is also not very easy, and you might feel like you are embarrassing yourself.
Overall, especially if you don’t have too much schoolwork and you want to know if you are made for these kinds of stuff, I’d very much recommend this course.
