School stress is also a big problem. School can be hard sometimes. One good way to feel better is to choose an activity you enjoy. I chose football. I practiced a lot, and I became one of the best players in my school.
Stress is the body’s reaction to pressure. Sometimes it helps us, but sometimes it makes us tired or worried. That is why it is important to understand ourselves and know what we like.
In my opinion, young people can feel happier if they get support and follow their interests.
