The Take Over of the Machines in Industries

We all know that technology is taking over the traditional business and labor culture. While doing that, the new technologies provide us with very different opportunities to use at work, and we of course, use them to our benefit. However, we sometimes don’t think twice before applying our “fancy techs” everywhere. So, what are the pros and cons of this act of replacing the traditional ways with more technological ways, and which one is the most noticeable?

On the one hand, because the machine’s working style is better than that of people, the efficiency of the product will increase significantly. When the machines take over in factory-like industries, the need for manpower might decrease to zero. This causes the budget of the factory, focusing only on the machines’ needs. For example, several “dark factories” opened in China, which means they don’t have people working there.

On the other hand, the machine’s takeover will definitely increase the unemployment rate. This is because workplaces won’t need manpower. After all, they have their technology. In addition, it will speed up the process of people becoming lazier and depending on machines for their work. People must not get used to this lifestyle, which is wrong for human nature.

In conclusion, the technology is improving continuously, and its usage is increasing in business more than ever before. This can help people maintain their budget more easily and make the work more efficient, but at the same time, the need for manpower will fade away, which will increase the unemployment rates.
