What If People Were Able To Read Our Minds?

First of all, if people were able to read minds, that would be a bit crazy. Here is my story:

That day, I woke up at five o’clock early in the morning. I decided to read my book and kept reading until seven o’clock — that was a long time! Then I wanted to play some mobile games. Suddenly, I heard the little footsteps of my mother. I was about to ask her what I could do, but when I looked into her eyes, she said,
— “No mobile games early in the morning!”

I was shocked. “How did you know what I was thinking?” I asked. But she just smiled, and I realized she already knew. I couldn’t understand how this was possible.

I tried to figure out what was going on, and then it hit me — people could read each other’s minds! But to prove it, I needed to test it with more people. When I went to my dad’s bedroom, he said,
— “OK, no eggs for breakfast today, Tuna.”

How did he know what I wanted? Then I realized I could also read his mind — he was thinking about what to do at work. But my mom and dad didn’t seem surprised at all. They acted like it was normal!

I kept thinking about it for three hours. Then suddenly, I woke up to my mom’s voice calling me. I realized it was all just a dream.
