I woke up, like every day. I got up and told my mom, “I want to wash my face,” but she said, “There is no water.” I said, “Whaaat?!” because I didn’t expect that. I had breakfast; I only ate an egg.
While walking to school, I got thirsty. I even thought, “Should I visit the water smugglers?” But I kept walking to school. I was so tired.
When I arrived at school, I talked with my friend Robert, then went to class. The lesson was math. I thought, “This is important for my future,” so I listened, but I was still very thirsty. Even when I found water, it was dirty, so I couldn’t drink it.
After school, I walked home. I was trying not to fall because my head was spinning. When I got home, my mom gave me only a bottle cap of water. I couldn’t even say, “Are you kidding?” Then she finally gave me a full glass of water, and I felt alive again.
